1. Preparation & Disassembly
Remove wheels, wheel wells, spare tire (if equipped), and any skid plates or plastic undercarriage panels.
2. Cleaning & Rust Prevention Prep
Wash undercarriage and flush vehicle cavities using Salts Gone for a deep clean.
3. Masking & Protection
Protect components that cannot be coated, including exhaust and powertrain parts.
4. Application of Rust Protection
Apply high-quality coatings to inside doors, rocker panels, fender wells, inside frame rails, and unibody sections, underside of body, suspension, drivetrain, and frame components.
5. Reassembly
Unmask and reassemble all removed components.
Vehicles with severe or flaking rust may require additional rust removal prior to coating, which can be provided at an extra charge.
